Ferris Ends Rugby Career

ferris ends rugby career

Stephen Ferris has been forced to retire from rugby. Ulster have confirmed that their brilliant flanker has announced his retirement after a 9-year career that saw him win 35 caps for Ireland and make 106 appearances for Ulster. The 28-year-old suffered an ankle injury in November 2012 and spent 16 months on the sidelines before making a short-lived return in March of this year, playing a further three games for his native province before suffering another injury set-back.
