Wexford athlete Michael Kent (DMP AC) made a major impact at the 123.ie National Juvenile Indoor Championships in Athlone last weekend, securing gold in both the Boys U19 Pole Vault and Long Jump events, while setting a new championship record in the pole vault with a clearance of 4.40 metres.
