Wexford Youths Womens AFC beat 10-woman DLR Waves 1 - 0 at Ferrycarrig Sunday to complete their unbeaten Group 2 League Cup run. The goal came on 14 minutes via an own goal from DLR's Alison Brien. The other two Group 2 teams, Cork Womens FC And Peamount United, didn't get to play as the pitch was waterlogged. Youths top the group with a maximum haul of 9 points, with Cork adn Peamount both on 3 with that postponed game to play.
