1,600 people have been taken to safety in southern France after torrential rain caused heavy flooding.
Many of them were staying on campsites - and divers are searching for a 70 year old German man who'd been looking after children at a summer camp. More than 400 firefighters and police officers, many sent in from other areas, were involved in the operations.
