An eleven year old boy has died in hospital from injuries received after he was knocked down by a truck in Navan, Co.Meath.
The crash happened on Sunday the 16th October, when the boy was crossing the road. He was airlifted to Tallaght Hospital in Dublin, before being transferred to Temple Street Hospital where he died yesterday afternoon. The driver of the truck, a man in his mid 30's, was uninjured.
