Drop in births at wexford general hospital
The number of births recorded at Wexford General Hospital fell by 3 percent last year. There were 1,459 births at the hospital in 2015. In total fourteen hospitals around the country recorded a decrease in births while six recorded an increase. The biggest percentage decrease was in Portlaoise Hospital while the biggest increase was at University Hospital Limerick.
