Commemorative events to remember the Dublin Monaghan bombings took place in Monaghan Town Sunday. This weekends marks the 40th anniversary of the atrocity, which exploded in 1974 killing 33 civilians. Hundreds attended a wreath laying ceremony on Talbot Street in Dublin yesterday.
