Tolls to cross the Tom Clarke Bridge in Dublin are coming down.
From next Friday, ordinary motorists will only be charged € 1.40 instead of the former rate of € 1.70. It's after an EU decision earlier this year stating drivers should not be charged VAT to use the Eastlink bridge.
