Starting at eight o'clock, Marty Whelan will be commentating for RTE live from Rotterdam in the Netherlands. Tonight's final features the 20 countries that got through the week's two semi finals. The UK, France, Gemany ,Italy and Spain are tonight's favourites. Ireland's Lesley Roy missed out on a place in the first semi final on Tuesday.
