Visitor numbers to the Dunbrody Famine Ship in New Ross are up significantly on last year.
An extra 3,500 people have taken taken the tour of the ship so far this year. CEO of the Dunbrody Sean Connick expects final visitor numbers for this year to hit the 70,000 mark. He says the Ireland's Ancient East project is helping drive numbers coupled with their own ambitious plans.
