A former Labour Councillor for the Gorey Courtown area Robbie Ireton has expressed upset at the closure of the Market House in Gorey.
The Centre which houses the Tourist office / visitor Centre as well as accommodating local artists and craft makers will close its doors this evening. Ongoing efforts to secure adequate funding have failed. Robbie Ireton says local representatives need to do more for the promotion of tourism in the area
