A new report shows house prices are increasing at the highest rate outside of Dublin.
The latest report by Daft.ie, shows Cork City has seen the biggest increase in house prices with a jump of almost 10% in the past year. However, Dublin still has the highest average asking prices in the country at almost €323,000. Nationally, house prices have increased by 7.6%.
