Hsa launches investigation following death of county wexford farmer
A post mortem has taken place on the body of a man killed in a farming accident in County Wexford yesterday. The 27 year-old was working on a machine on his farmyard in Poulpeasty in Taghmon when the incident - involving a baler - occured. Emergency services and the Health and Safety Authority were called to the scene shortly after four o'clock where the man was pronouced dead. An investigation has been launched by the HSA as a result.
