The Government should "hang their head in shame" over the lack of assistance given to farmers during the current drought conditions.
That's according to the president of the Irish Farmers Association, Joe Healy who is calling on the Government to deliver on low cost loans for farmers. The loans would help farmers to alleviate the cost of feeding animals while there is a shortage of grass.
