Interest being shown in purchasing irish pride according to reports
It's believed there are a number of parties showing an interest in Irish Pride Bakeries. A receiver was appointed to the company - which employs up to four hundred people at its bakeries in Taghmon and Ballinrobe - last Thursday. Interested parties have until this evening to make contact with the receiver. Shop steward at Irish Pride in Taghmon, John Dier, says the receivers are on site and assessing the value of the business.
