President Michael D Higgins has conveyed his sympathies to the people of Sweden following yesterday's terror attack in Stockholm. Swedish police believe the man they've arrested following the attack was the driver of the lorry that killed four people in a busy shopping district. Detectives are holding him on suspicion of "terrorist crimes through murder".
