Mcguinness hits out at those behind parcel bombs
The North's Deputy First Minister has hit out at dissident republicans - who are believed to be behind the seven parcel bombs sent to army recruitment offices in England. Martin McGuinness says those responsible belong to the past. The "crude but viable" devices are described as a low level threat - but have the potential to injure.
