A murder investigation has been launched after the body of a man was discovered on the Dublin Wicklow border.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a man reported missing on Thursday was found dead close to a forest track on Ballinascorney Hill Brittas yesterday. He was in his 60's and a post mortem has been carried out at Tallaght Hospital. The state pathologist has been requested and an incident room set up at Tallaght Garda station Gardaí are conducting a witness appeal near the scene this afternoon - they're asking anyone with information to come forward.
