A new report into cyber safety for children is being published by the Oireachtas today.
Its Joint Committee on Children and Youth Affairs says a digital safety commissioner is needed to regulate Internet content for under 18s. It's feared that more young people are being bullied online thanks to the prevalence of social media in their lives. Harry McCann, of the Digital Youth Council, says some social media companies aren't taking the issue seriously enough.
