Talks aimed at averting tomorrow's strike by ASTI secondary school teachers will resume today.
The union is meeting with officials from the Department of Education. The planned strike is the first of seven days, and is set to close hundreds of schools nationwide. It's also feared many schools will not be able to re-open after the mid term break, when ASTI members plan to withdraw from supervision and substitution duties.
