Temperatures could drop to -2c as yellow weather warning in effect

Storm Caroline is bringing snow and strong winds today.

Temperatures will drop as low as -2c later. Twin weather warnings for snow and ice have been issued. An orange one in the North and North West - and a yellow one for the rest of the country.
