New Ross is set for major upgrades with two key projects in the works. A €3.6 million redevelopment of New Ross Library will transform the 1980s building into a modern, expanded facility. Meanwhile, the HSE has lodged plans to convert the existing Michael Street Fire Station into a new Ambulance Centre, including a new extension, demolition of the rear tower and updates to the ambulance bay and boundary wall.
