A plan of action for water refunds is being discussed at Cabinet this morning.
It's the first meeting since the summer recess, with Water, breath tests and homelessness on the agenda. Around a million people who paid their water bills are in line for a refund before Christmas. On his way into the meeting, Housing Minister Eoghan Murphy said he's been focusing heavily on homelessness over the past fortnight.
