Wexford Gardai Warn Of Accommodation Fraud With Demand Expected To Surge From Now

Following the release of CAO offers yesterday, Wexford Gardaí are urging students and parents to remain vigilant against rental scams, as demand for accommodation is expected to surge.

They warn that rental fraud often involves scammers posing as landlords and seeking deposits for properties that are either fictitious, already rented, or never become available.
