Wexford outstanding achievement award 2014 announced

The overall winner of the South East Radio/Talbot Hotel 2014 Outstanding Achievement Award was announced last night at a glittering gala evening in the Wexford hotel. The overall winner was selected by a public vote and the decision of a judging panel but the name pulled from the envelope sadly wasn't present. Cystic Fybrosis sufferer Michael Morrisson - October's monthly winner - sadly passed away last July at the age of 38. He was honoured posthumously for his tireless work in raising money for CF and other charities through writing books and organising fundraising events.
