Wexford's maldron hotel on the market
The well known Maldron Hotel outside Wexford town is to be sold. The hotel is being put on the market by it's funding bank and continues to trade profitably. Situated at the Barntown Roundabout, it's leased to the Dalata Hotel Group for twenty five years at a current annual rent of 300,000 euro per annum. The 108 bedroom hotel is on the market with a guide price of 3.5 million euro.
