Saturday Morning Live

Saturday, 7 February 2026 - 49 minutes

Following another week of preventive measures being put in place for potential flooding, Fine Gael Councillor Pat Kehoe joined John on the programme to discuss the issues affecting the Enniscorthy region following the flooding of the River Slaney. Pat also discussed recent speed changes on the N80 Carlow road, as well as funding for local festivals and events.

Primary School Principal Simon Lewis was also on the show, to discuss his new book 'The Tech-Enabled Principal', and how technology and AI can assist leaders in the workplace generally.

...and finally, the ladies of the 'Stage Fright' choir serenaded the Saturday Morning Live audience, as John spoke to their Musical Director Ruth Gallagher, their Chairperson Helen Delaney, and the group's Secretary Deirdre Sinnott.

Saturday Morning Live is brought to you in association with Gus Byrne Electrical Enniscorthy, proudly serving the people of Wexford for over 60 years.
